Kokeshi in Black with Rose Branches

This Kokeshi doll incorporates rose branches from my own garden! I dried them and embedded them in black Milliput on mahogany wood, then turned the piece into a doll on my lathe. The hair accessory is made from a tortoise-pattern acrylic blank.
